Speech Language-Pathologist, M.S. CCC-SLP

  • For more than eight years, I’ve had the privilege of providing outpatient speech therapy to children and families in the Fargo–Moorhead area. Building meaningful relationships, watching my patients grow, and being even a small part of their journey is a privilege I never take for granted. As a parent who has been on the other side of therapy, I know how many questions and emotions can come with the process. I strive to create a space where families feel supported, heard, and confident in their child’s care.

Outside of work, I enjoy life in Moorhead with my husband and our two busy little boys, embracing the beautiful chaos. In my rare quiet moments, you’ll find me listening to audiobooks, watching a good movie, sipping iced coffee, and spending time outdoors.

Becca Gaikowski

Occupational Therapist, OTD, OTR/L

  • I’ve spent the last six years working in pediatric outpatient occupational therapy, and it has been a place where I’ve found so much purpose and joy. I believe I’ve been called to love people well, and I’m grateful that my work allows me to support children and their families in meaningful ways. No matter what season your family is in, I hope to be someone who shows up with compassion—someone who listens, encourages, and walks alongside you. I’m honored to celebrate the small steps and big milestones with you.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my fun-loving family. We enjoy being together outdoors or joining in whatever chaos the girls have planned for the day. Being a mom is my greatest joy, but when I do get a quiet moment, you’ll often find me with a cup of coffee in hand, spending quality time with friends and family.

Courtney Crabill

Occupational Therapist, MS, OTR/L

  • My name is Courtney, and I’ve been lucky enough to be a pediatric occupational therapist over the last 7 years. Growing up with my family working in healthcare, I found occupational therapy, and I fell in love with the ability to be creative in my work while also having the time to support and connect with the families I serve. Getting to celebrate with my kids during every win, and finding the joy and humor in each day are my favorite parts of my job. Having navigated therapy with my own son, I understand how stressful services can be, and my goal is to provide families with tools, resources, and ideas that empower them to best support their child.
