• Yes, you may request a referral from your doctor and have it faxed to (701) 922-9269, or simply contact us and we can request the referral on your behalf for an evaluation or direct therapy services. We’re happy to help make the process as easy as possible for you.

Yes, we offer both telehealth and in person appointments. Please note for telehealth services, patients must be physically located in either North Dakota or Minnesota.

We offer in clinic, daycare, and home visits. We serve the Fargo, West, Fargo, Moorhead and surrounding areas.
